What about security and reliability?
We only work with the largest, most reliable technology partners in the industry. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. The systems that run industry juggernauts such as Netflix and Nasdaq are the very same systems that will run your business.
Will my monthly cost ever change?
If you change the nature of what you want the system to do then the monthly cost could change. For example. If you retain us to build you a system to manage your employees and you have five employees then we will build it for you and it will work well. If one day you expand and all of a sudden have five thousand employees, it is highly likely that additional monthly resources will be required to handle your expansion. In such a case, your monthly cost would almost certainly have to increase.
Am I obligated to use the system for a certain amount of time like a cell phone contract?
No, you can discontinue use anytime you wish. However, we do encourage all of our clients to come ot us prior to abandoning a system to see if there is something we can do in terms of functionality to make it more valuable or useful to the business.
How long does it take to build my system?
There is no preset amount of time that it takes however we do work off a model that gets you measurable results at quickly as possible. In nearly all cases, you will have a working product within 30 days that will solve some of your basic problems. Depending on the complexity of your system, it can take longer than 30 days to build in all of the features that you want.
Who owns the software?
Under our standard pricing model which is geared towards a lower, fixed upfront cost and steady monthly licensing costs, we own all software created. If owning the software is something important to you then we can definitely still create a solution for you that you will own. However, in doing so you sacrifice a lot of the benefits offered by monthly leasing and it is not recommended. Never the less, if that is what you want, we can provide it. In such scenarios, all development costs have to be front loaded and there is a considerable capital requirement.
Can I cut my human resource requirements by using software?
Yes, it is very common for entire departments to be obsoleted by computer systems.
Why are computers better than humans for some tasks?
Computers, don't make mistakes, they don't incur overtime, they run 24/7, they don't sue you, they don't need health care, they don't get sick. They have no pride. Most humans are more comfortable taking orders from a machine than they are from other humans.
